The Gathering Area

This is a spacious and comfortable space that is warmly decorated with ample seating, coffee tables and serving table. This area gracefully accommodates a reception or serves as a transition area prior to formal dining in the Great Hall.

The Great Hall

This spacious and grand banquet hall with an exterior wall of windows can be divided into two rooms to meet the needs of smaller groups or remain as one large room for larger groups. The Great Hall offers a variety of room set ups to accommodate your needs.

Depending on how you choose to arrange the room and whether your affair is a seated dinner or a buffet, or if you have a dance floor or band – the Great Hall can seat a maximum of 300. In addition, weather permitting, outdoor seating is available on the patio, adjacent to the Great Hall.

Amenities include an impressive lighting and audio visual system with drop down screen and power blinds on the wall of windows.

Catering Kitchen

This state of the art catering kitchen includes:

  • commercial grade refrigerated storage units

  • ice machine

  • plate warmers

  • sinks

  • dishwasher

  • convenient back dock door for delivery of supplies.

The Board Room

The well appointed boardroom seats 20-25 people and is perfect for small group meetings, training or educational meetings.

Complimentary Parking:

You can arrange to have audio/visual equipment set up in any of our meeting facilities for your event (at an additional charge). Projectors, screens, televisions, DVD and VCR systems are available.

There is plenty of complimentary parking available for your guests and we are conveniently located a block off South Hulen Street between I-20 and I-30.
