.jpg) | Red Goldstein Red Goldstein, 55, was born in and has lived all his life so far in Fort Worth. He grew up at Beth-El and later became involved at Ahavath Sholom. When he married Julie Krauss Fuld - a lifelong Temple member - in 2007, he rejoined the Temple and is now active in both congregations. Red serves as Finance Chair at Ahavath Sholom and is the Confirmationteacher at Beth-El. Since he and Julie are active at both congregations, they call themselves "Shlemples." Red also served as campaign chair and Endowment chair of the Jewish Federation of Fort Worth and Tarrant County. Red is a partner in the investment firm Teak Tree Capital Management. He has been a money manager since 1987 and was formerly a jewelry designer. He has three sons, Andy, David and Jacob. |

 | Sharon Murra-KaponSharon, 29, loves to teach and is inspired by God, her family, the community, music, and art. She completed a certification in Surgical Technology and is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications and Music at UTA. This is her first year teaching at Beth-El, and is excited and honored to coach the 9th grade and to learn from her students and co-workers. She enjoys reading the Torah, exercising, rollerblading, cooking, crafts, playing music, doing art, and caring for people. She has a huge family that bring much joy to her life, two baby pet turtles, and Cheena, her cat. |

 | Dafna NinioDafna is the Hebrew teacher for 1st, 2nd, and 6th grades at Beth-El. She taught Hebrew and general subjects at Beth Shalom. She was born and raised in Israel and came to Texas in 1998. She has tutored ESLstudents as a Kindergarten teaching assistant at Roquemore Elementary in Arlington since 2005. She is married, has two sons, Elad (10) and Nadav (6), and lives in Arlington. |
 | Joshua OderbergGreetings to all the new 6th graders! My name is Joshua Oderberg. I have been a member of the Beth-El family since my birth in 1976. I became a Bar Mitzvah in 1989 and attended Sunday School through Confirmation. I am married to Kristen Oderberg and we have 2 sons, Jacob (8th grade) and Zachary (4th grade). I currently work as a Quality Engineer at Vought Aircraft Industries. I work on the large commercial airplanes that you fly on when you go to the airport. I have worked in the Aerospace industry for the past ten years with local employers like Lockheed Martin and Bell Helicopter. I graduated from Northwood University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management. I also served 4 years in the United States Navy. I am very excited to be a part of this school year and to be a part of enriching your Jewish education. I am looking forward to meeting each of you and sharing your Jewish experiences this year! |

 | Scott SloterScott, a Texas native, was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. His family was a member of Temple Beth El in San Antonio. Scott was consecrated, had his Bar Mitzvah, and was confirmed at Temple Beth El. He was very involved in the Temple's NFTYyouth groups from 6th - 12th grade. He served as historian, treasurer, and president of SAFTY, the senior high youth group at Temple Beth El. As well as attending religious school, Scott attended public schools and graduated in 1985. He continued his education at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and graduation in December, 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
Scott moved to Fort Worth to work for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (formerly General Dynamics), where he is the Chief Software Architect on his current project. As a former student of Texas A&M University, he quickly became involved in the Fort Worth/Tarrant County A&M Club. He developed and maintained the Club's first web site starting in 1992. He is still involved in some Club activities, but has resigned from his duties as the web site administrator at the end of 2008.
Scott became involved at Beth-El Congregation in Fort Worth in the late 1990s. Since 2000, he has been the advisor of the Fort Worth Federation of Temple Youth (FWFTY), the senior high school youth group at Beth-El; a part of NFTY. In 2004, Scott began learning to play guitar to help bring some ruach (spirit) to the youth group, and shortly thereafter, in 2006, he was recruited to lead the t'fillah (prayer service) for the religious school. Besides volunteering time at Beth-El, he has also volunteered his Friday mornings during the summer of 2009 to lead Shabbat (Sabbath) song sessions at Camp Shalom, the day camp at Ahavath Sholom.
During his free time (i.e. when not working or volunteering), Scott enjoys lazing around the house, working on home improvement projects, and hanging out with friends. |

 | Aaron WassermanMy name is Aaron D Wasserman I have taught 5th grade at Beth-El Congregation for three years. Each year all the students have been unique and interesting to work with. I have taught at Azle High School for the past 6 years in the Special Ed department. This year, I will begin working at Silver Creek Elementary School assisting students from Kindergarten through sixth grade. I have been married 18 years to my wife Ana. She is a registered nurse at JPS who works on the oncology floor. We have two sons, Lukas, who is twelve years old entering the seventh grade, and Zachary, who is nine years old entering the fourth grade. The joy of teaching Sunday school is facilitating Judaic study and making it relevant to the student’s lives. |
